Our Classes
Just Be Pilates provides a variety of classes catering to all skill levels, from complete beginners to the most experienced Pilates practitioners. Each class is structured with different levels to choose from, guaranteeing that every participant feels included and capable of achieving success by developing confidence in their body, as well as enhancing strength, balance, and coordination.
Never tried pilates before? We recommend booking a 1:1 session as a starting point for reformer pilates or our Matwork Group Classes to ensure you learn the foundations before moving on to more advanced classes.
